Harry Styles Concert Engagement

The Harry Styles concert that took place at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Tuesday this week provided the perfect opportunity to engage with members of the public.

The Tarian Regional Cyber Crime Engagement Team set up at Cardiff City Hall ahead of the Harry Styles concert that took place on Tuesday the 20th of June. The team were joined by members of the South Wales Police Neighbourhood Policing Team, the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, and South Wales Fire and Rescue.

The event provided the ideal opportunity to engage with passing members of the public – many of whom had travelled significant distances to attend the concert – and to share safety advice and provide reassurance.

It was a particularly special event for the team as new Cyber Security Advisor Dan Whelan was present for his first official engagement! The team were also supported by Police Volunteer Ana, an MSc Student at Cardiff University. Both Dan and Ana did a fantastic job assisting members of the public, and the team received fantastic feedback from those who attended.

Be sure to watch out for the RCCU Engagement team at more events over the summer!
